Im not living in my apartment over the summer, so Im interested in leasing it out through the beginning of May until the end of July. The apartment is newly renovated and the open floor plan of the kitchen and fam-room is very spacious. There are a total of four bedrooms with two bathrooms. I am subleasing my one bedroom and bathroom. The girl that shares a bathroom with me will not be there over the summer, so you will have that bathroom to yourself. My other two roommates will be there until the end of June.
The location is great, being a two-minute drive from MS-6, a five-minute drive from campus, a 10-minute drive (at most) to the square, and a 10-minute walk from The Whirlpool Trails.
This apartment is fully furnished with a brand-new washer and dryer in the kitchen, a large parking lot surrounding the unit, and a covered porch on the back of the apartment. All other fees (garbage, electricity, gas) are covered with the rent, with an exception of an electricity cap per month that I never go over living with four girls. Pets are allowed with a deposit.
